Return Policy

30 days, no drama. If your rack doesn't fit or you changed your mind, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How Returns Work

• Email support@mavorya.store with your order number — we'll reply with a return authorization and label.
• Pack items in the original packaging where possible.
• Refunds post to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of the return arriving at our warehouse.

Condition

Returns must be unused and complete with all hardware. A rack that's been installed and driven on can't be resold — but if it arrived defective or damaged, that's on us: we'll replace it or refund it in full, your choice.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they ship at no charge. Once tracking exists, use the free return process instead.
