Shipping Policy

Free shipping, everywhere in the US. Every order ships free — no minimum, no exclusions, no code needed.

Processing

Orders leave our Falls Church, VA warehouse within 1–2 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your rack ships. Larger rack systems may ship in more than one box — each box tracks separately.

Transit Times

Typical delivery is 3–7 business days depending on distance. Roof cargo carriers and full rack systems ship via ground freight carriers and may require a signature.

Delivery

Inspect your delivery before signing when possible. If a box arrives damaged, note it with the driver and contact us at support@mavorya.store within 48 hours — we'll make it right.

United States Only

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to PO Boxes for freight items.
